NEET PG postponed by 4 months to make doctors available for Covid-19

The second wave of Covid-19 has been wreaking havoc in India and Prime Minister Narendra Modi today reviewed the growing need for human resources to tackle the pandemic in the country. Amidst several decisions in relation to this, the PMO decided to postpone NEET PG by four months so that a large number of doctors are available to deal with the Covid-19 cases.A decision was taken to postpone NEET-PG for at least 4 months and the exam will not be held before 31 August 2021. Students will also be given at least one month of time after the announcement of exam before it is conducted.
