MP Board Exam 2020: Class 10 Pending Exams Cancelled, Class 12 Exams to Begin on 8th June

MP Board Exam 2020: As per the latest media reports, MP Government has decided to cancel all the pending exams of 10th Class while resuming MP Board 12th Exam 2020 from 8th June 2020. The decision was announced by Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Saturday announced the government’s decision through his tweet. The minister also said that the merit list of class 10 will be prepared on the basis of the examinations held. “For the canceled subjects, the students will get the remark ‘pass’ on their marksheets,” the minister tweeted.

The decision to cancel the exam has been taken considering the COVID-19 pandemic situation in the state and the delay that has already been caused due to it. The 12th Class Exam will commence on 8th June and conclude by 16th June 2020.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan also announced on Saturday that private schools in Madhya Pradesh can only charge tuition fees and none other such as library, bus, and sports fees. However, he said that after the Covid-19 lockdown ends, the MP Private schools can decide on what fees to charge. Madhya Pradesh private schools have been closed since March 19.
