APSET Notification 2019 To Be Released on 28th July, Exam on 20th October : Check Details

APSET 2019: The Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test (APSET) 2019 will be released on July 28, 2019. APSET is for the recruitment and promotion for the lecturer or assistant professor posts in Andhra Pradesh.Professor Gollapalli Nageswara Rao, the Vice-chancellor of Andhra University, recently announced at a press conference that the University would be conducting the APSET 2019 Examination on 20 October 2019.

Eligible and interested candidates are requested to read all the guidelines mentioned on the official website before applying for the AP SET 2019.

How to apply

  • Visit the official website of Andhra University
  • Click on the tab notification for APSET 2019
  • Enter the details such as educational qualifications, communication details.
  • Upload images such as photograph, signature, caste certificate.
  • Pay application fee.
  • Submit form after checking all details are correct.
  • Take a printout for future references.

The online registration for APSET 2019 will start from August 5 and will conclude on September 12 without late fee, though further application form of APSET can be submitted till September 19 with a late fee of Rs. 1,000, till September 26 with a late of Rs. 2,000 and till October 3 with a late fee of Rs. 5,000.

The APSET 2019 exam will be held for 30 subjects including a new subject, Visual Arts. There will be two papers in APSET 2019. Paper 1 will be held in morning shift and Paper 2 will be held in afternoon shift. Paper one will include English and Telugu and will be common for candidates. APSET 2019 Paper II will be bilingual (English and Telugu) and will be held for education, commerce, political science, economics, history, public administration and sociology. The remaining papers of other subjects will be conducted in English only.
